Ashley, our Service and Quality Improvement Manager, provides a critical role for ensuring and capturing the quality of all of our services, dedicated to quality of support provided to individuals. Along with ensuring that our staff have the best support available to fulfil their job role.
Ashley has a passion for person centred care, participation and empowering people to live their full potential.
Ashley is an experienced values led people manager, confident in leading change management and developing quality assurance at a strategic level.
Ashley is experienced in service risk management, trauma informed practice and safeguarding.  She is committed to working in partnership to take forward the organisations mission to becoming recognised as Gold Standard in social care.
