As the CEO of ELCAP, Claire MacDonald leads with vision and purpose, ensuring the organisation fulfils its mission to support individuals and empower colleagues.

Her key responsibilities include shaping and implementing a strategic vision, upholding fiscal responsibility, nurturing whole-organisational development, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and passionately advocating for the organisation’s mission.

Claire has overall responsibility for all operations across the organisation and focuses on fostering a culture of excellence, and effectively advancing ELCAP’s mission.
