Welcome Susan Marshall, Executive Assistant

We are delighted to share that our new Executive Assistant, Susan Marshall, has also joined our team as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board of Directors, Susan will also play a pivotal role in supporting ELCAP’s senior leadership team.

A few words from Susan below;

“Hi, I’m Susan and I live in East Lothian with my family and our lovable Labradoodle, Milo. After more than 20 years working as an Executive Assistant, most recently at NatWest Group I’ve joined ELCAP with a real sense of purpose and excitement.

Throughout my career, I’ve always enjoyed being the person who brings a bit of calm and clarity to busy teams. Whether it’s organising projects, planning events or just making sure things run smoothly day to day, I love helping people stay focused and feel supported. I’m big on teamwork, always looking for ways to improve how we work together, I care deeply about creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels valued.

What drew me to ELCAP is the heart behind the work. It’s inspiring to be part of a team that’s genuinely changing lives. It’s amazing to be part of an organisation that’s making such a real difference in people’s lives across East Lothian and Midlothian and I’m proud to be part of a team that’s all about care, community and helping people live more independently.

I’m excited to be part of the ELCAP team and look forward to contributing to the important work being done here in our community.”
