Welcome Ashely Galloway, Service & Quality Improvement Manager

We are thrilled to share that our new Service and Quality Improvement Manager, Ashley Galloway, will be joining us from Monday, 16^th June. This is a critical role for ensuring and capturing the quality of all of our services, along with ensuring that you have the best support available to do your role.

In the coming weeks and months, Ashley will visit services  to meet as many of you as possible, and I’m sure you will all welcome her warmly.

A few words from Ashley below;

“I am Ashley Galloway and I am excited to join the elcap team as the Service Quality & Improvement Manager. I have nearly 20 years’ experience in social care. My most recent role was Area Manager at Midlothian based charity & I worked for several years at Capability Scotland before that. I’m an experienced people manager and confident in leading change management at a strategic level.

I’m passionate about high quality care, providing positive strength-based supports that make a difference in the lives of those we work with. I studied Childhood Studies at Edinburgh University, the course has a strong emphasis on social justice, equality and participation.

I’m East Lothian based with my husband and two sons, and I enjoy family time. I especially like the summer months when it’s light and I can spend time outdoors, going for long walks. I swim regularly and like to read fiction and biopics”
