- We are an accredited Living Wage Employer. We pay £10.55 per hour for unqualified Support Practitioners and £11.55 per hour for qualified staff.
- We offer a range of full and part-time contracts. Unlike some social care providers, we never offer zero hour contracts.
- We have a generous holiday entitlement of 33 days (pro rata) per year. After five years’ service, holiday entitlement increases to 38 days (pro rata).
