Our mission is to become the recognised gold standard in social care by empowering the individuals we support, our staff and our community to grow and succeed.

Here are some examples of our impact, as we strive to achieve our mission.

In 2019/20:

• 88% of the individuals we support made progress against their personal outcomes.
• 97% of families felt ELCAP provided high quality care and support for their relative, suitable to their needs.
• 96% of staff said they enjoyed working for ELCAP.
• 90% of our costs were on front-line services.
• 79% of staff lived and worked in the same community.
