ELCAP colleagues turned out in force to pass on their very best wishes to Phil Bartlett, who has left ELCAP to take up the position of Team Manager with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland
ELCAP is pleased to announce two new additions – Amy Aitchison and Kylie Rankin – to its Leadership Team. Both colleagues started work in their new posts on Monday 25 October.
