On Saturday 21 August 2021, ELCAP colleagues will welcome jobseekers to a recruitment stand at Fort Kinnaird. The stand, which will be located near Marks & Spencer and Primark, will promote the organisation’s life-changing work and encourage people to join ELCAP as Support Practitioners.
A similar event will be held on Friday 27 August at The Bear and Bull, Dunbar.
ELCAP has set the date for its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM). This key event on the charity’s calendar will be held on Friday 29 October at 2.00pm
ELCAP has been Recognised for Excellence at 4-star level against the prestigious EFQM Model.
The EFQM Model is a globally recognised management framework that supports organisations in managing change and improving performance.
A bright and cheerful painting of a gnome saw Angela Findlay come out tops in a well-contested ELCAP Rocks competition.
Nell Snodgrass was the runner-up, with a summery painting of a butterfly, while George Torry took third prize with a technically challenging depiction of the Batman logo.
