SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

What to do if you wish to make a complaint or suggestion about some aspect of ELCAP's service provision

You may be someone who is supported by ELCAP; a relative, carer, visitor, friend or a staff member who is dissatisfied with the service you have received or witnessed.

ELCAP has a procedure to help you make a complaint and this page explains how to go about it.

If you have a complaint or suggestion:
- Tell a member of staff in the first instance.
- They will try to resolve things for you at once and will give you a suggestions and complaints form/leaflet to complete or take away along with a s.a.e. You can find all the information in the leaflet on this section of the web site. You can submit your suggestion or complaint online.
- You do not have to complete the leaflet/form or online form to have your suggestion or complaint followed up by staff.

You can contact the Director or Chairperson at
