ELCAP works in partnership with people with disabilities and their
families as they build and pursue their goals and dreams for a good life, and with local
communities to strengthen their capacity to include people with disabilities as valued
citizens. |

Established
in 1989 as a company limited by guarantee, with charitable status, ELCAP supports adults
and children in their families' homes and adults in their own homes or in shared homes;
provides short breaks, day supports and personal planning services, and delivers training
and consultancy. |
